Industrial Climbing Helmets

In this category, you will find an extensive range of industrial climbing helmets (protection helmets) for fall protection, personal protective equipment against falls (also known as fall arrest PPE), workplace positioning, rope access techniques, rope climbing techniques, rigging, and high-angle rescue. Our offering is specifically tailored to the unique requirements and needs of the industry and includes both protective helmets according to EN 397 and EN 12492, as well as individual solutions for specific applications. For optimal protection of your head.

Whether in scaffolding construction, assembly, or general industrial environments - wherever work at heights is a daily occurrence, our industrial protective helmets are used. They not only comply with the EN 397 standard (helmet EN 397) but are also certified according to EN 12492, which requires a particularly high breaking strength of the chin strap.

Your safety at work is ensured by our protective helmets for work at heights, as they protect the head from impacts, shocks, and falling objects. They are an essential element of your personal protective equipment (PPE).

The choice of the appropriate climbing helmet depends heavily on the specific use and expected application area. Our helmet models differ, for example, in the design of the chin strap and in the presence or absence of ventilation openings. A ventilated helmet (EN 12492) does not offer protection against electrical voltage or splashes of molten metal, whereas a closed helmet (EN 397) does.

If an uncontrolled fall cannot be ruled out, a mountaineering helmet according to EN 12492 must be used. If an uncontrolled fall can be ruled out, an industrial protective helmet according to EN 397 is used. Therefore, two helmet types should be available for different application areas. To partially avoid this, there are helmets that fulfill both standards (EN 397 + EN 12492).

In addition, we offer a variety of additional protective equipment for your industrial protective helmet. This includes helmets with integrated visors that protect not only the head but also the eyes from injuries. These models are particularly recommended for work involving splashes of hot metal or dusty environments.

We also offer special forestry helmets, work helmets, and safety helmets. Each protective helmet in our range complies with the DIN EN 397 standards and is part of our PPE protective equipment.
