Sport Rope Harness
The sport harness is the most important piece of equipment for sport climbing. There are differences in use and equipment, for example, for alpine touring, alpine climbing or sport climbing, as well as in the versions as a seat harness or complete harness. Sports climbing harnesses are certified according to EN 12277 or UIAA.
For sport and alpine climbing, good hanging comfort and sufficient gear loops on the harness are important; for alpine tours, the harness should not get in the way under the rucksack and should be as light as possible.
