Anchoring strap TEXORA TX/L-Compact black by Wiedenmann

Anchoring strap TEXORA TX/L-Compact black by Wiedenmann - is a sling certified according to DIN EN 354 (lanyards) and DIN EN 795B (anchor devices – temporary anchor point) for personal fall protection.

It can be used as a lanyard and as an anchor device. In comparison with common products available on the market, the load-bearing material used here is not woven webbing, but individual core yarns surrounded by a robust textile sheath. The design therefore corresponds more to a typical polyester round sling than to a standard webbing sling, which results in the enormous breaking strength of the TEXORA sling of 100kN. This means that even in unfavourable installation conditions, e.g. with a lark’s foot knot, a very high strength is still available. In addition, the anchor sling is very light and flexible.

By applying tension, the sling can be temporarily stiffened in order to place it, for example, vertically upwards over a beam above head height.

The CE-standardised anchor loop was tested and certified by the safety testing body (STP) of the General Accident Insurance Institution (AUVA) in Vienna/AUT and complies with the provisions of the PPE Safety Regulation and Directive 89/686/EEC (personal protective equipment).
