Fall arrest device LANOSTOP by Kanirope® - is a connecting device made of static, edge-tested covered rope, with a webbing shock absorber on a movable guide (trailing fall arrester or so-called rope shorterner).
The fall arrester runs freely in the direction of the anchoring point. The smooth surface of the rope increases the running characteristics of the fall arrester and prevents kinking of the rope due to its braided construction. When dismounting, the device runs independently on the tensioned rope and can be carried by hand if necessary. In the case of a fall, the clamping device of the cable is being blocked. The impact forces are being reduced to a minimum by the shock absorber.
