Fall Arrest Systems
The fall arrest system is a measure for fall protection for people who are active in areas at risk of falling. A fall arrest system consists of several individual components and includes all further elements used in the safety chain, from the harness worn by the user, to the attachment point.
This could be fall-damping connecting devices such as energy-absorbing lanyards, height safety devices, fall arrest devices on flexible guides (safety ropes) or on fixed guides for vertical ladder systems, as well as rope safety systems or single attachment points which are permanently installed on roofs.
