Two-layer webbing SLING LANYARD by Singing Rock - is a robust, abrasion-resistant anchor sling / webbing sling for all applications (climbing, geocaching, industrial rope access, rescue at height). The lanyard is made of high-quality, high-strength webbing with stitched eyes at both ends and has a breaking load of 22 kN.
The Sling Lanyard consists of two parts: an outer hollow protective sleeve and an inner load-bearing webbing. In the event that the outer protective sheath is damaged, the user is warned of the risk of failure by the “becoming visible” of the signal-coloured inner webbing. However, there is no need to panic: the inner red sling still has a strength of 22 kN. The work can be finished, a controlled retreat can take place, and only afterwards must the sling be taken out of service.
